What kind of work do we do?

Concrete floors are all we do: epoxy, flake, metallic, polyaspartic, polished concrete, and sealers. Sticking to one thing means we have already run into most of what a slab can throw at us, from paint that fights the grinder to moisture that pushes coatings up in blisters.

Every job gets mechanical grinding, crack repair, and a moisture test. We never roll a coating onto bare or acid-etched concrete and hope for the best.

How do we price a job?

We look at the floor, measure it, and write down one price that covers prep, patching, materials, and cleanup. If grinding turns up something nobody could have seen, we stop, show you, and talk it over before doing any extra work.

What can you expect from us?

• We arrive inside the window we give you and call if anything changes.
• Our grinders run with dust collection, and we protect walls and doors.
• We explain cure times so you know exactly when to walk and park on the floor.
• We sweep up and haul off our trash before we leave.
